The Hydraulic department under
Gold Technology Limited is an executive department of researching
and developing hydraulic-servo products and servo systems.
It is functioning in cooperation with Harbin Institute of
Technology. Our department is agent of Haenchen a German company.
Among the Haenchen products the main services concern various
cylinders, industrial shock absorbers, air filters etc.
Our Products are as follows:
a. Several Degrees of Freedom Motion Simulation System Table
b. Several Degrees of Freedom Vibrancy Table
c. Several Degrees of Freedom Earthquake Table
d. Measuring Mass and Center of Mass Table
e. Several Degrees of Freedom Hydraulic Load Table and other
hydraulic system products.
Manufacturing workshop of
our department produces hydraulic sources with various velocity
of flow, we can produce 40 suits in one year. Our main product
is the Six Degrees of Freedom Motion Simulation System.
Six Degrees of Freedom Motion Simulation System
1. Application:
Six Degrees of Freedom Motion Simulation table is widely
used to test products working in some simulation condition,
such as ocean conditions, flying conditions, and various land
conditions etc.
2. Compose:
2.1. Motion Mechanism:
The motion mechanism of table is composed of servo-hydraulic
cylinders, top & bottom branch rack, upper plate, and
fixed rack.
2.2. Hydraulic Source:
a. Hydraulic source is composed of pump groups and accumulators.
b. Hydraulic source includes oil box, filter, oil pipeline
distributing, heater, cooling control system, temperature
& pressure test and control instrument etc.
2.3. Servo-control system:
This system is composed of servo-valve, servo-hydraulic
cylinder, servo-amplifier, pressure sensor, situation sensor
and simulation control cabinet.
2.4. Computer Figure
Control and Monitor System:
a. This system is composed of industry control machine,
connecters, various sensors and measuring instruments, which
control the Simulation Table.
b. A computer is connected to the simulation table not only
to monitor the system but also to give us the data sheet.
c. The computer also analyses the data dealing with testing
and equipment failure.
3. Work theory:
a. Control computer changes control signal into situation
signal. Servo-system is according to our command.
b. After getting our command the Servo-system will allow
the six hydraulic cylinders to work in harmony with each other
as a result the table runs according to stimulation condition.
c. If the table runs into a technical problem the Monitor
system's main computer will sound an alarm and immediately
stop but start dealing with the failure.
